Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain HVAC products for residential and commercial applications. You will work across platforms to meet performance and reliability targets and support manufacturing of existing products.

Responsibilities include leading design activities, qualifying programs, collaborating with manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain, and documenting designs with BOMs, drawings, and change notices while

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering required or preferred.
Minimum 5 years of design and project experience; strong project execution skills.
Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation; knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain HVAC systems for residential and commercial products.
Lead product qualification and agency compliance test programs.
Interface with manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain functions; support regulatory and test agencies.
Document product designs with BOMs, drawings, and change notifications.
Conduct analytical studies and utilize simulation tools to improve performance and reliability.
