Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC system design to lead development across residential and commercial products. You will work on design optimization, testing, and documentation, collaborating with manufacturing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure top performance and reliability.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, advanced simulation, and cross-functional project leadership at a senior level based in Oklahoma City, OK.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5 years design and project experience preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC system design and applications.
Familiarity with NPD, DFSS and DFMA principles.
Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and test stands.
Experience with state-of-the-art simulation tools.
Familiar with programming languages.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Contribute to NPD projects and sustaining initiatives.
Manage individual projects and special engineering requests through the product development cycle.
Design, optimize and qualify HVAC systems using analytical methods and experiments.
Lead product qualification and agency compliance test programs.
Conduct analytical studies using state-of-the-art simulation tools.
Support manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain functions.
Interface with vendors, customers, and field personnel.
Conduct presentations for technical and business personnel.
Document product designs with BOMs, drawings, and change notices.
Interface with regulatory and test agencies.
