Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, invites you to join our sales team focused on HVAC systems, equipment, controls, and services. You will develop proposals, price strategies, and coordinate with an acquisition team to convert leads into opportunities.

You will build account plans, understand customer needs, answer technical questions, and plan your day visiting customers. Requires 4+ years of experience or a BA/BS, strong communication and closing skills; on-site role with

Ability to build relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities

Responsible for project take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy.
Integration of equipment, controls, and services; develop HVAC solutions for customer problems.
Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to foster long-term partnerships.
Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system applications.
