Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is hiring a Call Center Representative in Roanoke, TX on a temporary basis. You will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, provide information and solutions, document interactions, and escalate to technical teams as needed.

We value strong communication, multitasking, and CRM/Microsoft Office proficiency to deliver accurate information and exceptional service, contributing to customer satisfaction and team performance metrics.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in fast-paced customer service or call center.
Basic computer proficiency with CRM and MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls.
Document customer interactions accurately for records and follow-up.
Assist customers with issues and escalate to technical teams when needed.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve concerns.
Maintain knowledge of product lines, processes, and policies to provide accurate information.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (call handling time, customer satisfaction, resolution rates).
