Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Dallas, TX to support daily operations by handling incoming inquiries and coordinating with field staff and management.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and manage data entry across emails and texts. The role requires clear communication, comfort with technology, and a customer-first mindset to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in an office setting assisting customers by phone.
• Basic computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook (1+ year).
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license; overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules customers and assists with inquiries.
• Provides services related to sales, promotions, installations and communications.
• Processes payments, schedules appointments, and processes refunds.
• Performs data entry via emails and text messages to route resources.
• Follows up on permits/inspections and reschedules as needed.
• Maintains customer relations and resolves complaints per consumer laws.
