Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HVAC Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years inside sales, estimating, or project coordination experience (prefer HVAC/building systems).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, specs, and technical docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM and quoting software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for system inquiries, proposals, and project support.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes, submittals, and documentation for orders.
• Support outside sales by handling internal follow-up tasks and communications.
• Assist with equipment takeoffs from plans and drawings or coordinate with engineering.
• Respond to customer questions on product selection, pricing, availability, and specs.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC technologies and offerings from major manufacturers.
• Track and manage order progress, lead times, and delivery schedules with logistics and operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and help identify follow-up opportunities.
