Goettl is seeking an HVAC Technical Supervisor in Tucson to elevate training, quality, and field performance. You will shift from technician to leader, shaping the team that delivers top-tier service.

You will run regular training, supervise technicians, review KPIs, manage callbacks, and partner with recruiting to grow the team. A strong HVAC background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as field technician or supervisor in HVAC
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office; ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience is a plus
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screen

Responsabilidades

• Lead regular technical training sessions to sharpen field technicians' skills and keep certifications current
• Evaluate technician performance through ride-alongs, quality checks and assessments
• Manage callbacks and root-cause analysis to stop repeats
• Support large job sales with site visits and accurate project estimates
• Track KPIs for technician performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Mentor technicians toward accountability and growth and collaborate with recruiting on hiring
