Job summary

Goettl Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to lead residential installations, including ductwork, units, and electrical components. You will train teammates, perform occasional repairs, and ensure work meets exacting standards.

You will use ServiceTitan, Bluon, and MeasureQuick to track performance, diagnose issues, and educate customers on system operation. Local travel and a professional presence are essential.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type 2 Certification is required.
• HVAC installation experience of at least 3 years.
• At least 1 year with ServiceTitan, Bluon and MeasureQuick.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to train and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute HVAC system installations, including ductwork, units, and electrical components, ensuring design specs and standards.
• Train, mentor, and manage installation team members to ensure best practices.
• Perform occasional small maintenance repairs and communicate system operation to customers.
• Ensure installations meet high-quality standards with proper planning and execution.
• Utilize ServiceTitan, Bluon, MeasureQuick for tracking and diagnostics.
• Maintain stocked company truck with tools and equipment.
• Perform safety inspections and enforce safety protocols on sites.
• Collect job metrics and educate customers on new system functionality.
• Travel locally to customer homes maintaining professionalism.
