Job summary

Goettl is seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor (QCI and training) in Phoenix. You will conduct MeasureQuick inspections, coach technicians in real time, and drive field-level quality standards across installations and service calls.

The role starts with up to eight weeks of paid field training in Phoenix, followed by leadership in the field, with performance-based incentives and a company vehicle. A minimum 5 years HVAC field experience and EPA Type II certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HVAC field experience (6+ preferred).
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MQ inspections on installations and address airflow/refrigerant issues.
• Perform ride-alongs and QC checks to evaluate technician performance.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive improvement.
• Analyze trends and drive corrective action on callbacks.
• Serve as technical authority on complex troubleshooting.
• Track quality KPIs with supervisor to align training.
• Assess technician competency during hiring/onboarding.
• Handle warranty calls and callbacks as needed.
