Job summary

Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. is seeking an HVAC Specialist to provide expert troubleshooting and applications support for water source heat pumps, geothermal, and related systems.

The role involves assisting contractors, engineers, and homeowners with technical guidance from office or home, with occasional travel. Requirements include 3+ years in HVAC tech support, strong system knowledge, and high school diploma; NATE/EPA certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC technical support experience.
• Strong understanding of Water Source Heat Pumps, Geothermal, and related systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with new product introductions by reviewing technical materials and developing documentation/training resources.
• Represent the company in complaint resolution and technical investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of customer interactions and email communications.
• Perform on-site field troubleshooting as needed, including travel.
• Share expertise to support peers and be flexible for after-hours support.
