Job summary

Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. seeks an experienced HVAC Specialist to deliver expert troubleshooting and applications support for water source heat pumps, geothermal, and related systems.

You will assist contractors, dealers, engineers, architects, and homeowners with timely, accurate technical solutions via phone and email. The role involves collaboration with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, and Warranty teams, plus on-site field support and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certifications a plus.
• 3+ years hands-on HVAC technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Water Source Heat Pumps, Geothermal, and related HVAC systems.
• Technical knowledge of piping, hydronics, wiring, and controls.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-oriented approach.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office; MAS500/SM+ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email to external customers and internal teams on HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with new product introductions by reviewing technical materials and creating training resources.
• Represent the company in complaint resolution and technical investigations with root cause analysis.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage departmental emails.
• Perform on-site field troubleshooting as needed and travel as required.
• Support peers by sharing expertise and contributing to their development.
• Provide after-hours support during critical rollouts or escalations when required.
