Job summary

Lennox Commercial is seeking an Engineered Sales Manager to drive HVAC system specifications by building consultative relationships with engineers, contractors, facility managers, and other influencers. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping design and specify complete HVAC solutions while growing market share across the Florida territory.

This 100% remote role requires residing in Orlando, Tampa, or Miami area with travel across the territory to meet customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in commercial HVAC sales, engineering, or technical sales.
• Proven ability to build relationships with consulting engineers and mechanical engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships to secure HVAC system specifications.
• Provide technical expertise on HVAC applications and product selection.
• Educate customers on current and emerging HVAC products and solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, trainings, and lunch-and-learns for clients.
• Act as subject matter expert on specialty products and system design.
• Advise on codes, ASHRAE standards, and design guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams, engineers, contractors, and OEMs to drive growth.
