Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Engineered Sales Manager to drive HVAC system specifications by building strong consultative relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, and facility managers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design and specify complete HVAC solutions while expanding market share across the Houston territory.

The role offers a 100% remote setup with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, engineering, or a related technical sales role.
Proven ability to build relationships with consulting engineers and mechanical engineering community to drive specifications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, facility managers, and OEM customers to secure HVAC system specifications.
Provide technical expertise on HVAC applications, system design, and product selection.
Educate customers on current and emerging HVAC products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and technical training sessions for customers and industry partners.
Serve as SME on specialty products, application engineering, and system design.
Advise customers on code requirements and ASHRAE standards.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, contractors, and OEMs to grow specifications.
