Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Director of Engineered Sales to lead and grow our engineered sales organization within the commercial HVAC space. You will influence design decisions, drive specifications, and partner with internal teams to deliver profitable growth across rooftop, VRF, and applied HVAC solutions.

The role requires deep technical credibility, strategic leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in commercial HVAC engineered sales or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of rooftop, VRF, and applied HVAC systems and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share across HVAC product lines.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineered sales organization.
• Develop long-term relationships with consulting engineers, designers, and contractors to influence design decisions.
• Drive specifications and position Lennox as Basis of Design (BOD) in commercial projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert specifications into awarded business.
