Job summary

Lennox, in partnership with Duro Dyne, seeks a dynamic Territory Manager to drive growth across a multi-state region. You will be the face of the company, expanding sales by cultivating strong distributor and contractor relationships and leading field-based initiatives in the HVAC market.

The role offers a defined territory, direct access to company resources, and a compensation plan comprising base salary and commission. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided to support extensive travel.

Qualifications

Experience as a regional or territory sales manager or field-based outside sales.
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Excellent organizational and self-direction to manage a large multi-state territory.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

Promote Duro Dyne HVAC products across distributors and customers.
Grow existing HVAC business via share-of-wallet gains and new accounts.
Sell through distribution channel and train distributors via the Duro Dyne Technical Institute (DDTI).
Maintain direct communication with each account and track sales volume.
Use CRM to log calls and keep territory contact list.
Maintain pricing and monitor competitive activity.
Represent Duro Dyne at trade shows and industry events.
Travel about 70% with a company car and fuel card.
