Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Director of Engineered Sales to lead our Lennox Commercial HVAC engineered sales team. You will drive specification leadership with consulting engineers and design-build partners, expanding Lennox's Basis of Design across rooftop, VRF, and applied HVAC solutions.

You will build high-performing teams, guide strategic initiatives, and partner with product and marketing to win in new construction, retrofit, and replacement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or construction management.
• Significant experience in commercial HVAC engineered sales and technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of rooftop, VRF, and applied HVAC systems.
• Proven ability to influence engineers and contractors during design cycles.
• Experience with pricing, contracts, and profitability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue, profitability, and market share across HVAC product lines.
• Lead engineered sales organization and strengthen Basis of Design position with consulting engineers and contractors.
• Build long-term relationships with engineering firms, design-build firms, owners, and developers to influence system design.
• Drive specifications for commercial products including rooftop, VRF, DOAS, air handlers, and chillers.
• Collaborate with District Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to convert opportunities into orders.
• Mentor and develop a technically proficient sales team and foster accountability.
• Review pricing strategies and contract terms to maximize profitability and customer value.
• Deliver technical presentations and training to engineering firms and partners.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to position Lennox for growth.
