Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, manage complex projects, and have strong writing, communication and presentation skills. Travel 25-50% and a sales-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of solutions-based technical selling in Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities.
• Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC.
• Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions.
• Manage complex multi-service proposals.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate effectively.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships.
• Create high quality timely estimates, bids & proposals including detailed cost benefit analysis.
