Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with solutions-based technical selling, Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls Sales experience.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Valid driving license.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction highly preferred.
• Experience using CRM and sales tools to manage pipelines and drive results.
• Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills.
• Collaboration skills for working in a team environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities.
• Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC.
• Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions.
• Manage complex multi-service solutions proposals.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline.
• Demonstrate well developed sales skills to include expert awareness, commercial acumen and integrity.
• Seek out and access new Modernization opportunities both with existing customers and new prospects.
• Establish and build credibility.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate effectively.
• Detect the customer’s buying stage and adjust selling accordingly.
• Manage multiple activities and organize workflow to meet objectives on time.
• Anticipate future trends accurately.
