Carrier is seeking a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist for Modernizations or Controls to grow opportunities in the DC metro area. You will pursue modernization projects and close multi-service opportunities, coordinating with customers, engineering, and Carrier’s team to deliver value across plan/spec, design/build, and direct-to-owner projects.

The role requires consultative selling, strong relationship-building, and the ability to manage complex proposals in a fast-paced field

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs. and climb ladders safely.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive modernization and controls growth with clients.
• Create high-quality estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Manage complex multi-service proposals and CRM pipeline.
