Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist to pursue large modernization and controls opportunities. The role focuses on plan/spec and design/build projects, with field responsibilities in the Cincinnati/Louisville area.

You will drive growth by leveraging Carrier’s OEM backing, participate in a strong commission program, and undergo specialized technical sales training. A company car program and dedicated lead generation support are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Experience selling into the BAS/HVAC Controls Industry or controls knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs and work safely on rooftops and mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC.
• Promote Carrier value proposition aligning customer objectives with Carrier solutions.
• Manage complex multi-service proposals and bids.
