Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist for Modernizations or Controls, focused on pursuing large modernization and design/build opportunities. The role is field-based, primarily in Louisville/Cincinnati, with a commission and company car program, and access to specialized training.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in HVAC sales, be comfortable managing complex proposals, and thrive in fast-paced environments, delivering value to customers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related field experience.
• Experience in selling to end-users or contractors in HVAC/building systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in field-based, customer-facing roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC.
• Promote Carrier value proposition and link customer objectives to solutions.
• Manage complex multi-service proposals.
• Utilize CRM to manage interactions and opportunity pipeline.
• Develop credibility and strong customer relationships.
• Create presentations and communicate effectively.
• Identify and pursue modernization opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Achieve sales metrics and annual targets.
