Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related roles in HVAC/building systems.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs and work safely around rooftops and mechanical spaces.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close modernization and controls opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Create high-quality estimates, bids, and proposals linked to customer objectives.
• Use CRM to track activities and forecast pipeline to meet annual sales targets.
• Build credibility as a trusted advisor and manage multiple concurrent projects.
