Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning in technical areas.
• Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office 3 months before GTP start date.
• U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design and applications.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet/exceed territory targets.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain technical knowledge to support solution selling.
