Trane Technologies is recruiting for a 14-week Graduate Training Program (GTP) in La Crosse, WI, designed to develop technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership skills. Graduates will join as an Associate Account Manager in a predetermined office location, with opportunities to support commercial and industrial projects.

You will engage with engineers, architects, and customers, building relationships and delivering end-to-end HVAC solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required or completed before start date.
Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office work 3 months before GTP start date.
U.S. citizenship or right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Some positions may be remote, hybrid, or onsite across North America.
Ability to relocate for 14-week training.
Valid driver’s license with 12 months' tenure and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Sell HVAC and building management solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in design, application, and sale.
Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout full sales cycle.
Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
Achieve quotas by securing design wins and managing the sales channel.
