Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program (GTP) in La Crosse, WI, with in-office onboarding at the start and potential remote/hybrid opportunities across North America.

After successfully completing the program, you will become an Associate Account Manager, specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls for commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology or Engineering.
• Must be graduated prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.
• In-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in the design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and understanding customer needs and requirements throughout a full sales cycle.
• Enhance sales strategies through the development of strategic opportunities and analysis of market conditions.
• Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory and customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
