You will manage opportunities, renew service agreements, and build partnerships with the owner construction community to drive sales and customer value.

You will represent Johnson Controls with credibility, lead account teams when needed, and actively expand offerings across BE-LOBs. This role emphasizes client relationships and strategic selling.

Qualifications

• Experience selling HVAC or building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively to contractors, designers and engineers.
• Manage multiple ongoing opportunities and renew renewable service agreements.
• Build partnerships with owner construction community and drive sales.
• Lead account teams on target accounts when growth opportunities exist.
• Present proposals and negotiate value to close sales.
• Develop a network of industry contacts and advance the sell.
