Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive HVAC solutions across the local market, delivering profitability and growth.

You will lead the construction and service sales team, develop strategic account plans, and secure long-term customer relationships with key clients. This role emphasizes coaching, budgeting, and collaboration with operations to ensure high performance and a strong market presence in the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing is required.
• Eight to ten years of progressive sales and/or operational experience in HVAC is expected.
• Three years in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for others is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to people at all levels and communicate both technically and non-technically.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building Technologies & Solutions sales portfolio to maximize secured sales and growth.
• Develop and maintain account plans with key customers and expand the customer base.
• Oversee bids, estimates, and operational reviews to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Hire, coach, and develop sales personnel while ensuring adherence to processes and standards.
• Build long-term customer relationships and represent the company in the local community.
