Job summary

Daikin Applied Ltd. in Austin, TX, is seeking an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to drive HVAC solutions and preventive maintenance contracts in a hybrid role based in the Austin District Service Office with regular local travel to customers and job sites.

You will develop existing relationships and prospect new business while coordinating with Owners, reps, and service teams. The role requires a driver’s license and sales experience, with a base salary expected in the $74k–$120k range

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales in similar or adjacent industry (Commercial HVAC preferred).
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to travel territory daily.
• Experience with Salesforce or other sales tracking software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through development of existing customers and prospecting new business.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads from various sources.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
• Prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work; verify prices and terms; prepare sales contracts.
