Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. seeks a skilled Territory Sales Manager for the Austin, TX region. This role focuses on planning, developing, and expanding a profitable dealer base, while promoting COD products and services.

You will manage dealer relationships and drive growth across the territory. You will work with Branch Managers to meet sales targets, maintain CRM call history, and stay informed on product launches, promotions, and pricing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably HVAC.
• HVAC knowledge of products, services, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a dealer base in the Austin territory.
• Target and sign-up dealers within the assigned territory.
• Grow sales and maintain gross margin through active customer communication.
