Daikin Applied in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Service and Solutions Account Manager to act as a technical sales expert, cultivating owner relationships and selling preventative maintenance contracts. You will advise on products and solutions tailored to client needs in a hybrid work setting.

Requirements include HVAC certification with 5 years of field service experience or a bachelor’s degree, plus 2–4+ years in HVAC sales.

Qualificações

• HVAC certification plus 5 years field service experience.
• 2–4+ years of related HVAC sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable MV record; ability to travel daily.

Responsabilidades

• Work in assigned territory coordinating with manufacturers reps, district offices and service centers.
• Meet sales goals by developing existing customers and prospecting new business.
• Generate leads from equipment databases, industry sources and directories.
• Travel throughout territory to call on customers, build relationships and follow up on concerns.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations; verify prices and terms; prepare sales contracts.
• Perform tests and surveys on competitive products to identify needs for product changes.
• Prepare pipeline reports and business plans; identify tools to aid sales efforts.
