Daikin Applied in Austin, TX is hiring a Service and Solutions Account Manager for a hybrid role. You will develop and maintain customer relationships, sell preventative maintenance contracts, and advise on HVAC products and BAS solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in sales (HVAC preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM helpful.
• Ability to prepare proposals, quotes and review contracts.

Responsibilities

• Work in assigned territory meeting sales goals and developing existing customers.
• Travel to customer sites to solicit orders and build relationships.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotes; coordinate pricing and contracts.
• Identify tools to aid sales efforts (rebates, ROI, payoffs).
• Lead projects to completion with internal/external experts.
