Job summary

Trane Technologies in Valley View, OH is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will deliver positive client service experiences and sales solutions while meeting financial and business goals. You will supervise account management activities and oversee contract renewals to grow the client portfolio.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and participate in trainings and sales meetings. This role is on-site with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 to 3 years of experience in a service or client service capacity.
• Knowledge of HVAC Systems is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone and through written communication.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with clean driving record.

Responsibilities
