Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the Sterling, VA market to develop new business and manage service agreement renewals. The role focuses on selling commercial HVAC and mechanical maintenance services to facility managers and property decision-makers.

You will prospect, build relationships, and drive revenue through service contracts, with a base salary up to $110,000 and an uncapped bonus structure. A comprehensive benefits package and 401k are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in new business development and meeting quotas or KPIs.
• Experience generating new customer opportunities through outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or territory development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales outreach.
• Develop relationships with facility managers, maintenance managers, building owners, and commercial property decision-makers.
• Sell commercial HVAC and mechanical service agreements, including preventive maintenance and ongoing service contracts.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact through proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and coordinate service agreement renewals.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline, track prospecting activity, and monitor sales performance against quotas and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement territory development strategies and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
