Our client, a commercial mechanical services company, is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business and manage service agreement renewals in the Northern Virginia market. This position focuses on selling commercial HVAC and mechanical maintenance services to facility managers, maintenance managers, building owners, and commercial property decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
