Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting quotas or KPIs.
• Experience generating new customer opportunities via outbound sales, cold calling, or territory development.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales outreach.
• Develop relationships with facility managers, maintenance managers, building owners, and commercial property decision-makers.
• Sell commercial HVAC and mechanical service agreements, including preventive maintenance and ongoing service contracts.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and initial customer contact through proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and coordinate service agreement renewals.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline, track prospecting activity, and monitor sales performance against quotas and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement territory development strategies and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
