Progress Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician II – HVAC on-site in Miami, FL. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across our single-family homes, performing both scheduled and emergency maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in general maintenance, HVAC certification, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll interact with residents and ensure safety and quality in all service activities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC Certification from a technical college or trade program preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience including HVAC, appliances, plumbing and electrical work.
• Experience repairing residential appliances is beneficial.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license in the working state.

Aufgaben

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and fix advanced HVAC issues and related equipment.
• Report major repairs before expenditures.
• Maintain safety and adhere to regulations (EPA/OSHA).
• Provide professional customer service when interacting with residents.
