Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our property management team in Miami. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across our single-family rental homes, performing preventive maintenance and responding to service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call, with a focus on safety, timeliness, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Certification is required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Experience with residential appliances and HVAC systems is expected.
• Ability to diagnose and repair advanced HVAC issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues and replace defective components.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
