Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team in Raleigh, NC. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes while delivering outstanding customer service and helping manage costs.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5+ years of maintenance experience, EPA and HVAC certifications, and owning basic tools. You will work on diverse systems, keep residents informed, and uphold safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years in general service and maintenance.
• EPA and HVAC certifications required/preferred.
• Own basic tools for service work.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations quickly and resolve service requests with outstanding customer service.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues and replace defective equipment.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; complete service requests professionally and timely.
• Interact with residents and contractors professionally.
