Service Experts LLC is seeking a capable HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems in Tempe, AZ. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and ensure satisfaction while working under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 0-2+ years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, or local laws for the work area.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Effective communication skills with customers and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance as directed.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and accessories, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and promote services.
• Complete required paperwork, collect payments, and coordinate with dispatch.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicle stock as directed.
