Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and ensure satisfaction while performing preventive maintenance and repairs.

The role requires HVAC training plus 1–2+ years of hands-on experience, EPA certification, and valid licensing as needed by the location. On-site work with opportunities for advancement and bonuses are highlighted in the description.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 1–2+ years experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required by local regulations.
• Valid licensing/certifications as required for the geographical work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential/light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment to complete service work.
• Maintain accurate records on a handheld device and collect payments.
