Qualifications

• 4+ years' HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• Valid EPA and safety certifications; licensing as required by local laws.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Proficient with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to work flexible hours and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Inspect equipment and diagnostics to prevent callbacks.
• Maintain vehicle, tools and inventory; document work orders.
• Provide courteous customer service and product/service recommendations.
• Communicate status to dispatch and collect payments when required.
