Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems. You will explain issues and solutions to customers, perform maintenance, and contribute to high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2+ years of HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• Must have EPA certification and comply with safety regulations.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.

Mansioni

• Perform residential/light commercial diagnostics and service on HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete service calls with proper paperwork and payment collection where applicable.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good condition.
• Communicate status and needs with dispatch and supervisor.
