Service Experts is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. Under minimal supervision, you will communicate with customers, resolve problems, and promote our products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 4+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent failures.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Deliver/remove parts and equipment for service work.
• Record information on handheld device and complete forms accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status reports.
• Promote products and services and generate sales leads.
• Ensure company vehicle/tools are stocked and maintained.
