Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will analyze problems, communicate with customers, and promote replacement products while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in HVAC with proper certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in various environments. Comprehensive benefits accompany this on-site position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• EPA certification and safety certifications required.
• Proficient reading of wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical/refrigerant/duct systems.
• Ability to start up and balance airflow and align belts and pulleys on all systems.
• Proficient at using tools and equipment for service projects.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and promptly.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment and collect payment when applicable.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates.
• Promote products and services to customers and relay replacement leads.
• Ensure company vehicle, tools, and inventory are properly maintained and replenished.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions.
• Follow procedures and ensure vehicle stocked and warranty parts handled properly.
