Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC technician to perform residential and light commercial service calls, diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, and promote services to customers. You will work under supervision with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, ability to read wiring diagrams, EPA/safety certifications, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training/certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must be able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service calls under supervision.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Maintain detailed, neat documentation and customer interactions.
• Promote products and services to customers and relay leads to Sales.
