Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and close business consistently.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, establish, and grow profitable service relationships with new customers.
• Sell renewable maintenance agreements as the foundation for long-term partnerships.
• Work an assigned geographic territory with local branch sales and operations teams.
• Use sales tools to plan, document, and track progress and opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business by uncovering customer needs and market opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls focused on HVAC system equipment and services.
• Prepare, review, and finalize proposals and secure customer commitment.
