You will initiate, establish, and close opportunities, focusing on renewable maintenance agreements and digital service offerings, while collaborating with sales and operations in the local branch.

Qualifications

2-3 previous progressive sales roles.
Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail.
Enviable presentation skills with ability to captivate in both individual and group communications.
Selling of “service” and intangibles.
Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines.
Knowledge of Building HVAC Systems.
Knowledge and experience in SalesForce.com.
Post-secondary education.

Responsibilities

Initiate, establish and build profitable service relationships with new customers.
Focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements as the key building block for establishing these relationships.
Work within an assigned geographic territory, collaborating with branch sales and operations teams.
Use sales tools to plan and document sales progress and increase opportunities in current accounts.
Close business monthly and manage customer engagements.
Develop territory marketing plans, attend trade shows, and participate in professional organizations.
