Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking an HVAC Account Representative Service III to grow our service business by initiating profitable relationships with new customers and selling renewable maintenance agreements in a designated territory.

You will identify leads, schedule appointments, and deliver proposals while emphasizing sustainability and decarbonization. Proficiency with Salesforce and building systems is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• High attention to detail and aptitude for technical knowledge.
• Experience selling services and intangibles.
• Knowledge of building HVAC systems is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and qualify prospective new customers.
• Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments.
• Conduct sales calls to position Johnson Controls and propose solutions with emphasis on digital services, sustainability, and decarbonization.
• Review proposals, secure customer commitment, and conduct kick-off meetings.
• Maintain service agreements and support collections using Salesforce.
• Develop and implement territory marketing plans and attend trade shows.
