Job summary

Daikin Applied in the Greater Atlanta area seeks a Service and Solutions Senior Account Manager to drive HVAC sales with owner relationships, maintenance contracts, and solution-based consulting in a hybrid Atlanta territory.

You will collaborate with service centers, vendors, and technicians, prepare quotes, travel daily, and mentor junior staff while hitting sales targets in Georgia.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and 5 years of HVAC field service experience.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Valid driver\'s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to travel territory daily.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain owner relationships and sell maintenance contracts.
• Plan territory, prospect new customers and meet sales goals.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and sales contracts.
• Collaborate with service centers, vendors, and technicians.
• Mentor/coach less experienced staff as needed.
