Job summary

Johnson Controls in Folsom, CA is seeking a HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to manage service calls and schedule technicians. You will ensure timely preventative maintenance and align with monthly forecasts.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and meticulous timing, with on-site work preferred. You will debrief technicians, coordinate with billing and support, and maintain daily schedules using NexGen.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of service industry experience managing service operations or scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with financial impact in mind.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service and manage technician calendars.
• Debrief technicians daily and coordinate with Billing and Support to progress jobs.
• Ensure on-time service visits and accurate time/expense reporting.
• Maintain customer account information in NexGen and participate in daily/weekly planning.
